A Bit About Me

As a classically trained Culinary school graduate and restaurant experienced chef, I know firsthand the importance of good nutrition and healthy eating habits. That's why I decided to put my knowledge towards helping people achieve their fitness goals. I believe that personalized training and nutrition plans are the keys to long-term success. I take the time to understand your fitness goals beyond the surface level and create a tailored plan that works for you. My culinary journey started in a high-stress kitchen environment during my time in culinary school. Under the guidance of French chefs, I developed a love for cooking that spans across cuisines from all over the world. I have also gained valuable experience in catering to dietary restrictions, including those for celiac disease. With this diverse experience, I am confident in my ability to provide delicious and gourmet cuisine to any client.

As a Chef, I have a proven track record of success in leading kitchen staff and managing all aspects of menu creation and design. I have crafted menus and specials that showcase the best of our restaurant's culinary offerings and trained new employees to deliver the highest level of quality and service. In addition, I have traveled to numerous festivals and events to promote our restaurant and savor the opportunity to share our cuisine with new audiences. I am passionate about my work and always strive to exceed expectations.

November 2023- present 

Meal Prepper

One of my main responsibilities as a Chef at BBJ was meal prepping for clients, taking into consideration their dietary needs and restrictions. I ensured that each meal provided the necessary nutrition while still being delicious and satisfying. It was a challenging role that required constant creativity and flexibility, but I enjoyed every moment of it.
